05 / Questions
Body & collision questions.
How do I get an estimate?
Send us photos of the damage using the contact path on this page. We'll review them and follow up with the next steps. You can also call the shop directly.
Do you do private-pay (no insurance claim) body work?
Yes. Plenty of customers fix damage without opening an insurance claim. We give you a clear written estimate so you know the cost up front.
Can you fix up a lease before I return it?
Yes — lease-return reconditioning is one of the body services we handle. Fixing wear before you hand the car back may help avoid end-of-lease charges. Send photos and we'll tell you what's worth doing.
Is the car drivable / is that a problem?
Either way is fine — tell us in the form whether the car is drivable. We'll factor that into the estimate and the plan.
How will I hear back?
After you send photos, we review them and follow up with the next step. The phone is the most direct route: 416-916-0532.
Send a few photos. We'll take it from there.
It's a practical way to start a fair body estimate.
