What We Collect

We collect contact and vehicle details you submit, including name, phone, email if provided, vehicle information, the service or damage you describe, photos you send for a body/collision estimate, preferred appointment windows, consent selections, and messages related to your vehicle.

We may also keep operational records such as quote history, appointment-request status, estimate notes, and internal notes needed to serve you. This site does not take payments; if payment processing is added later, payment details would be handled by the payment processor and not stored directly by Green Auto.

How We Use It

We share information only with operational vendors needed to run the business, such as CRM, forms, analytics, email, and SMS providers. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention
